I have experience as an instructor of record for undergraduate mathematics courses and as a teaching assistant for mathematics and statistics courses. My classroom work includes lecture preparation, teaching, homework, assessment design, grading, and exam preparation. I also co-mentored an undergraduate research project in EEG classification.

Classroom Teaching and Assessment
In my precalculus and calculus teaching, I used first-week diagnostic quizzes and mid-semester reassessment to assign work at three levels of preparation. Students could move to a more demanding level while retaining common examinations. This approach connected the assigned practice to students' current preparation while keeping a shared basis for assessment.
Student Research Mentoring
Graduate Student Mentor — Undergraduate Research
STEMPOWER Research Fellowship in Mathematics, University of Massachusetts Boston 2025–2026 academic year
I co-mentored a third-year undergraduate alongside faculty mentor David Degras on classifying left- and right-hand motor imagery from EEG.
Met twice weekly throughout the academic year.
Taught classification theory and set up the computational environment for code testing and benchmark replication.
The student reproduced a complete benchmark and prepared a poster displayed on campus.
